Requests and contracts
Submitting a contact form does not create a contract or delivery promise. Commercial commitments begin only with a written proposal or agreement defining scope, price, and responsibilities.
Availability and changes
Features may change during development, and maintenance or external events may cause interruptions. Binding warranties and service levels, if any, are defined in the commercial agreement.
